For the Egyptians, Tibetans and Mayans, spirituality and science are one. They had a much richer intuitive life and were in very good contact with the earth and the cosmos. Feelings like love and joy, which we all want to find, can easily be summoned if you know how to do it. We regret that the great knowledge of these ancient lost civilisations is not known to a much wider audience today.
Our science has developed in a direction in which the health of the planet and the cosmos have totally taken a back seat. From this point of view alone, these ancient civilisations were much more advanced. Spiritual Laws are about Energy Bodies
People don't just have a physical body. They also have a vital, emotional and happiness body. However, in most people, these non-physical bodies have decayed and we have lost touch. Physical Body
Most of us claim to be aware only of the physical body but have no idea where all the organs and glands are located. From the point of view of mainstream medicine, the glands are the most difficult to fathom. Scientists are currently very advanced with DNA and genetic research, but of the hormone system they have very little expertise. Right now, regular doctors prescribe drugs and see if the patient responds well to them. To be clear, regular doctors do a very good job in many situations. The cause of the situation with hormones is: our organs and glands are connected to energy fields, which are both inside and outside the body.
Vital Body
The Chinese acupuncture system is often presented in the form of an organ clock, describing the 12 meridians and main energy channels. Ancient Vedic scriptures and Tibetan Buddhism describe thousands of energy channels and their specific functions.
Many concepts are linked to geometric figures, the planets and the stars. In Ayurveda the study of physical health based on the 5 elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, a lot is described in great detail. Depending physical properties of the human body like the skeleton, tongue, ears and eyes are diagnosed. From this come 3 main types of people in terms of energy system. For instance, if you have an overactive navel centre with a lot of fire in your system and then you start consuming food with a high fire content you will not do the balance any good with it. It will result in stomach problems and addictions to get rid of the fire. As soon as you consume food in which the element water predominates, your fire will naturally cool down and you will become more balanced.
Emotional Body
The emotional body surrounds the Vital Body. In particular, the emotional body is located outside the physical body and a mirror of your emotional body is stored in your organs. The physical body has solid and hollow organs with different functions. The Emotional Body has a lot of influence on the Vital Body. When you are not happy and feel heavy due to lack of energy, you are not interested in anything. When you are in love, you have no need for food and suddenly have a lot of energy.
Happiness (wisdom) Body
The Happiness Body surrounds the Vital Body. The outline of the energy sphere is located far above your head. The Happiness Body has a great influence on the Emotional, Vital and Physical Body. For instance, when you are tired and you hear a song on the radio that brings back fond memories, you can go crazy and start dancing, for instance. As soon as you do this, your tiredness suddenly disappears like snow in the sun.

Most of us only know breathing air through our lungs. When you look at babies, you can see the Fontanel moving at the top of the skull and the Perineum at the bottom near the anus. The central energy canal of the human body is the main meditation object in most spiritual traditions. It is possible to direct energy through this channel.
Many Yoga exercises use the 2 nostrils with breathing. We strongly suspect that this was meant differently in the ancient scriptures. The nostrils are literally translated while the ancient masters meant the Fontanel & Perineum.

All your physical, mental and emotional energy fields are maintained by geometric figures. Once you visualise the angles, lines and surfaces, you smooth out the emotion, which is associated with the corresponding geometric figure. Method for increasing awareness
Many people have difficulty visualising male (Tetrahedron and Cube), female (dodecahedron and icosahedron) or child (Double Pyramid, White Sphere and Black Sphere) forms or combinations of these. Experience has shown that it is more difficult to visualise a White Sphere than a Cube with a White Sphere. All geometric shapes are like Lego Building Blocks, which fit in and on top of each other. Moreover, you can turn one building block into another and therein lie the greatest spiritual secrets. Nothing stands still everything moves
Both our planet and ourselves and all the electrons and neutrons move through space at a tremendous speed.
Everything moves in waves
All perceptions appear and disappear. Just like our breath through our lungs. The universe too has a breath. The gravity of the moon on the earth causes the ebb and flow of the ocean, which is the source of life in the ocean. Without ebb and flow, the ocean would be a lifeless lake.
So up so down
All the stars and planets are a reflection of our energy fields. When you connect with the planets and stars, you change from within.
So inside so out
Your parents, family, children and all persons around you are a reflection of your own inner self. As soon as you find persons irritating or get angry with them, it says more about you than about them. Once you really understand and live this law well then you become proficient in controlling key emotions by first understand emotions.
Create from within and manifest from without
Many people want to bend the outside world to their will. This is impossible. Many circumstances beyond your control do affect you. Because control over their lives fails, many people's wishes do not come true and they live in anger and fear. Reincarnation and father and mother
Before you come to planet Earth, you have known your parents for 1.5 years before conception. In some cases, your baby causes parents to meet and form a relationship. Your father and mother are very similar to you and have 1 or more of the same life lessons. The parent most similar to you causes the most confrontations and sometimes frustrations. The other parent gives you the most warmth and comfort. Many adults do not want to be compared to their father and or mother and therefore narrow their own father and mother geometric energy fields.
Of every geometric figure, identical shapes exist on the left and right sides: the father shape, the child (you) and the mother shape. When these left and or right forms are narrowed then all kinds of problems arise: for example, low self-esteem and susceptibility to manipulation. You should then meditate on the father and or mother form and make your geometric form the same size every day. It is important that this is done with love towards your parents, especially since you were very dependent on them when you were a baby, toddler, preschooler and teenager.
Distance does not exist
After your awareness is expanded, you will learn how to handle the senses at a distance without any restrictions. This can save you travel time and costs. And besides, when you observe at a distance, it seems to be more reliable since mental judgement doesn't creep in so quickly.
Possessions are not yours
Many people believe than their possessions belong to them. The outward manifestation of their possessions increases their self-worth. This is far removed from reality.
Just examine your real estate holdings. You bought the house with money through your work. Your boss served you. The bank provided the mortgage based on your temporary permanent employment contract. Without the previous owners of the house, you could not buy it. The people who paid the architect and had the house built made you fall in love with it. The architect studied structural engineering and was trained by many professors, eventually leading to the design of "your house". To get the house built, many construction workers put effort into "your house".
All home materials are designed, manufactured and transported by other people. In other words, all possessions - including food - are sustained by the energy and attention of other people and are not your possessions. You may only use them at this moment in your life. This way of thinking reduces attachment and makes it clear once again that we are all connected.
