Got in touch with Jyotisha through a former colleague. Was stuck in my life. A lot of stress, no rest and in addition a lot of physical complaints which in turn caused a lot of sickness and agony. And so the circle kept turning. I suffered from this syndrome and the life pattern it created for years. Some periods more intense than others. I had previously followed coaching programmes and consulted regular doctors. It didn't help or didn't help enough. Did not visit other complementary counsellors before. The syndrome had a daily impact on my life. During six months, I had 5 consultations within the life coaching programme. Including the free online life coaching HappydePeppie to review instructions (homework) before each session. After each session, I was more relaxed in terms of feeling and got a lot of new insights. For instance, we linked hypergondria to the death of my mother and her 3-year illness bed when I was a teenager. Despite psychological help at the time, I suffered a lot from grief. This was underneath the hypergondria, so to speak. Created fears of all kinds of illnesses because I had not processed my mother's death and loss. This was completely resolved with the 5 energetic treatments at the end of each coaching session consultation after consultation. Developed with Jyotisha and through the process of the coaching journey an enlightening vision of my own behaviour and received affirmations for no longer identifying with these old fears. Also went to inquire with my aunts and suddenly visited my mother's grave. Now live much more in the here and now and enjoy life and my own family with 2 children much more intensely. Less anxiety and stress about illnesses and less fear that my wife would disappear from my life like my mother. Jyo has been a fantastic help for me in my road to recovery. Where to start ? On the recommendation of a colleague, I contacted Jyo, what a gift. Jyo is a lovely person, listens carefully to what you tell him and does not judge you. He is very professional and has helped me with my self-image, trauma processing, my anger issues and learning to love myself. I have a sexual abuse past and Jyo taught me to give it a place and move on with my life again. I am doing well now and enjoying life again. Am forever grateful to you.

Through a friend, I came in contact with Jyotisha. At work (new job), I was getting stuck. I was overloaded, could no longer reflect and therefore became insecure. An additional consequence was that I slept badly. I got stuck at work, became insecure. Took a lot of energy, I was out of balance. I had 6 sessions over 7 months. First I got very tired, then I got an empty head (instead of overloaded), relaxation and no more insecurity, and I slept better immediately. I got more insight into family relationships and insight into myself. In the end, I turned out not to be suitable for this new job. But I received important insights about who I am and about relationships. Thanks a lot! I don't think I would have " survived" my job without these consultations. Had complete cramping of my upper back for almost a year due to very bad working conditions. Physiotherapy really didn't help: the guy couldn't do his job because of my pain (stay honest though). Through an acquaintance, I started looking for a magnetiser, preferably near my work. After my cry for help via email, Linda (Jyo's case worker at home) contacted me immediately and with 2 days, Jyo took me in hand. That's literally, because Jyo doesn't touch you, so you really are UNDER his hands!!!! How special to walk out almost pain-free after all this time after 1 treatment. Upon returning home, my husband said: how good you look!!!!!! (ha ha, he knew it!!! Just kidding, he is the world's biggest sweetheart). Had 4th treatment today and it seems the last remnant of cramp is losing it: hurt briefly during the treatment (not experienced before), but I interpret that as not wanting to let go of my stress. Now tonight I feel super.

Through an internet search for a paranormal healer, I soon came across Jyo. We had an intake session that I felt good about so we made a follow-up appointment. Our conversations revealed that I had developed a pattern of allowing dominant people into my life and losing myself. It made me angry and sad and I wanted to change that. Through conversations, Jyo's clear analysis and additionally his treatments, I soon found out what that was because of. We worked on my past and he clearly indicated to me where I got stuck and what I can pay attention to in the future. We did about 10 sessions from September to January. Soon I felt less sad, stronger and more positive. Jyo is someone with tremendously keen insight, he knows how to get to the heart of the matter quickly and makes problems clear so you can understand where the problem is. His treatments support the process. I am very happy that I came across Jyo and that we have achieved so much in such a short time.

My friend lost his father when he was 17, from this he had a lot of unprocessed grief. Jyotisha helped him reconnect with his father, this really helped him give it a place. Suffered from agoraphobia and depression for 14 years. Was housebound. With a lot of effort and panic attacks, I would occasionally get out of my house. As I wanted to become a mother and walk with the pram, I ended up at Jyotisha. In those 14 years, I went to many counsellors like psychiatrists and psychologists. Had been taking anti-depressants for over 10 years. Nothing helped and there was no question of reducing medication. The social workers did not take stock of my mother's life. She was placed out of home when she was 2 years old until she was 9. During the first intake interview, Jyotisha immediately knew how things were. According to Jyotisha, I was carrying my mother's grief with me and had to start empathising with how she must have felt as a 2-year-old child. She didn't want to leave the parental home either. She wanted to stay with her father and mother. I also had to continuously mentally confirm that "my" anxiety and panic attacks were my mother's and not mine. And to ask for harmony in my energy system. Meanwhile, I am going out on the streets again in full force and am in the process of getting my driving licence. I do shopping in busy malls, go out to dinner with my boyfriend and holiday abroad.
