Spiritual development or developing spirituality

Spiritual development or developing spirituality. Thought from our collective mental thinking has a design flaw in our collective DNA. Something has gone wrong and it has not yet been fixed. A continuous flow of thoughts and possibly brooding is the result. How can you get thoughts quieter? 4 lessons for spiritual development.

Lifting Illusion of Self

Feeling abandoned as a child creates an initial major wound. This can feel like loneliness, loneliness in groups, not being seen by parents, acquaintances or partners. This feeling becomes unconsciously active in all our relationships. It colours them.

This sense of separation arises naturally between the ages of 2 and 3 years old. Before this moment, a baby experiences each frame of a Donald Duck film one by one because the unity consciousness is present.

The baby lives in the moment and may be happy or sad depending on the moment. The baby forgets the previous frames that have already been experienced. And does not worry about the frames that follow. The baby lives in the present and experiences an awakened state.

As soon as the film projector starts spinning faster, the illusion of a Donald Duck film is created. The same thing happens at that young age as soon as a geometric figure in the baby's head starts spinning faster. At that moment, the illusion of self is created.

Choose to become aware of your inner child's pain by turning inward. This is very important for your spiritual development.

Spiritual growth : Accept that you are like your parents

Before you are born, you have known your parents for 1.5 years. If they are not together yet, you bring them together. You love them in an unconditional way. You know in every detail what your life will be like. This is a Buddhist belief from the Tibetan Book of the Dead.

In very many cases, children do not love one or both parents. This feeling is derived from the emotional charge parents pass on to their children by living with them. Moreover, children spring from the parents' fruit. The expression: "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree" captures this very well. How long have you been walking around with the idea that you don't want to look like one or both of your parents? Once you are over 40, acceptance comes more naturally.

Heavy emotional energy is very often inherited from the 2 family lines. This is known by the term karma. If you are not aware of this, it is very difficult to break through it. A large amount of fear is stored in these emotional wounds. Practice inner integrity to weaken this shadow side.

Spiritual development : Speak the truth more and more

Lying is an expression of inner conflict. We lie to hide the truth. Our collective mental thinking has resistance to the truth. As soon as you speak the truth, nothing happens. Mental thinking tries to stop you from doing this. Once you become more and more familiar with speaking the truth, mental thinking becomes calm. You get fewer thoughts.

We think it is very complicated but it is very simple. You will quickly get rid of the fear of it. We are so used to wanting to maintain one perfectly fixed self-image. Collective mental thinking brings this about. It keeps us from developing spiritually. It keeps you from your own inner truth. It is a mirror. As long as we support or criticise other people, we will never experience satisfaction. All discussions are actually about attacking self-images.

We isolate ourselves from certain people. Relationships should actually be disruptive, so that the image - which we want to maintain - becomes defunct. If there were no disruption, there is also no growth and healthy expression of the self. Allow the critiques and disturbances. They are necessary to get in touch with yourself. All thinking is a movement away from truth and amplified restlessness.

Why is it that we have an addiction to lying? We have good and bad self-images about ourselves. We are also obsessed with the good self-image. Moreover, we want to show one perfect self-image to the outside world. This fixation from the collective mental mind consumes a lot of energy.

There is no 1 version of self: everything is constantly changing you too

You are not one person - that's what collective mental thinking - would have you believe by fixing you as a person. You are a set of personalities. Moreover, you are constantly changing depending on circumstances. Experience life as it is. It is constantly changing. Everything changes. Everyone changes. The Divine changes! After you read the previous paragraph, thousands of cells in you have already died and been replaced by new ones. So sticking your name on won't work......you already aren't.

The previously described beliefs at the 5 most important emotions play the crucial and very specific role in this mechanism. Here the same solution applies as for the mental collective thinking to stop. The credo is not to maintain a single self-image but to experience a diversity of parts of the self, which manifest according to circumstances. And also to experience the people and world around you in this way. Everything is changeable! This engagement is crucial for develop spirituality.

spiritual development self-esteem

At spiritual development the shadow side of ourselves is destructive. It has fear of dissolving the self. Mental thinking does not want greater acceptance and expression of the self. For this reason, personal growth is sabotaged. It is as if your father and mother are still fighting with each other. Close to home, therefore, you can find your spiritual development find.
