There is a misconception that only Yoga from Hinduism studies the energy centres. All religions on Earth are working on this, albeit each with a different angle, approach or emphasis. As a basis, you gain knowledge of the seven-chakra system. Even the courses I have ever come across only deal with this. By doing self-study, there appears to be more information to expand your consciousness. Unfortunately, there is rarely too much emphasis on the three lower energy centres to realise spiritual growth. People more often choose an approach with an emphasis on the heart (Christianity), the throat (Islam), the third eye (Buddhism) or the crown (Hinduism).<\/p>\n\n\n

Only in Judaism is there a very strong emphasis on the lower 3 energy centres. The Manipura or navel (The Star of David with father, mother and child), the Sacrum (Kabbalah) and the Rump (Muladhara). The Kabbalah describes the 13 chakra system, although only 10 spheres are described with all kinds of pathways in between. 3 spheres are deliberately missing to keep this knowledge secret. The Kabbalah is a 2-dimensional representation of a 4-dimensional Sacred Geometry figure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How is the sun's 7 chakra system characterised?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
A 7 chakra system is the traditional system widely recognised in the yoga tradition. In the figure below, you will find the essence. <\/p>\n\n\n

Each of the seven main energy centres has unique properties and is connected to specific organs and emotions. Excretion connected to Muladara or earth, reproduction connected to Swadistana or sex, Manipura or navel connected to digestion, Anahatha or heart connected to Respiration and Visudha or the throat connected to expression or expressing yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each energy centre has specific characteristics and influences. The first, also known as the root, is connected to our basic needs and survival instincts. The heart influences our capacity to give and receive love, while the third influences the solar plexus, our personal power and self-confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 13 chakra system is linked to the moon, the moon labyrinth, the Kabbalah, our emotions, our 6 hollow and 6 solid organs and our soul. And also the music tones of the piano as shown below. <\/p>\n\n\n These energy centres play a crucial role in healing as they influence the vital energy in our body. Balancing them can promote overall health and well-being by optimising the flow of life energy. The important thing is not to attack this technically. A therapist should be very careful with this and rely on the spirit world with healing helpers. You need to receive permission through the client and a check through the higher self before being allowed to harmonise or balance a client's chakras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In energetic therapy training courses, you will learn a basic system of going through the seven energy centres 1 by 1 for their functioning. This approach easily takes 45 to 60 minutes. It can be shorter by looking at all centres at once with your third eye and only going to those that need a nudge. Also, you don't learn which primary organ and secondary organ are linked to this. Alan Hopkins' book Esoteric Healing is highly recommended in this regard. With deep inner peace from the healer that is transferred to the client, you bring about a transformation in the energy balance.
